June 18th marked one year since the historic Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter was launched (I remember watching it live on NASA TV web feed). Such an immense amout of data and images have been beamed back in that time, and I encourage you all to check out some of the images at:

Scroll through the thumbnails and select an image to view at high resolution. Most have a resolution of around 0.5 metres/pixel. They are simply breathtaking!!!
