I, for one, really like the color in the core. In most other renditions on IIS, it's harder to make out the detail in the core and things can look a bit bland.
I've noticed a conservative tendency on IIS that promotes a certain 'sameness' in a great deal of images. Look, I get it - there's a lot of hydrogen in space, but not *everything* in space is made up of chunks of strict red, violet or blue. There's no shame in accentuating (or simply leaving in) color! It can really help a viewer to better interpret an image and bring out detail. Case in point, this particular effort. Sorry, had to get that off my chest.
Very refreshing. I, for one, love it!
@Marc; No hard feelings I hope - you held the crown for a while, but this may just be my new favorite IIS M8 core image...
