Weather has been great here for the last week, and the weekend is looking good so far, but I'm stuck trying to get my camera fixed.... grrrr.

James,
That is looking fantastic. Please put more hours into it!
I'm quite surprised to see how well that flattener seems to work -- and, that's on a full frame camera, too.
Well done.

Thanks H
The large camera does push this flattener just beyond it capabilities and it makes collimation even more critical.
I might frame the shot a bit differently next time…

What a dazzaling array of pictures is being submitted!
Everyone precious, everyone telling its own unique story. I've spent time over every single one so far, and enjoyed every single moment.
Congratulations, ladies and gentlemen!
Please keep them coming!
Mental.

Yep, It's been great looking at all the images and comparing equipment and processing.
Thanks to everyone for posting!
I'll not be submitting this month, I've pretty much given up trying to repair my 300D.
I'm haunting eBay at the mo for a new cam.

a fantastic selection of images this month, congrats to all who posted.
I also found the methodology info very helpful and insightful as well.
On the weekends that I went after a image the clouds conspired against me. In fact it seemed that they were the only cloudy nights in June.
Hopefully I'll have better imaging luck for they July challenge.
cheers
Ric
