Skywatcher EQ4 (EQ5) Equatorial Mount and Tripod (PRICE DROP $180!)
Hi Everyone,
I have just upgraded to a GOTO mount and now am selling our EQ4 Equatorial mount with its aluminium tripod. The EQ4 is the predecessor to the current EQ5 and visually look to be the same. It is in excellent condition and has been used less than a dozen times. The RA and DEC axis are both very smooth to operate.
This is a terrific medium to heavy duty mount equatorial mount and is easy to transport. It can be upgraded with motors, if required.
Included with this package is:
- EQ4 mount head
- Aluminium tripod
- Accessory tray
- 2 good size counterweights (about 5kg each) in their original boxes
- RA and DEC control cables (just bought these in January from Bintel)
- Vixen style dovetail bar to suit mount
Price is $180. The buyer would need to cover postage as it will depend upon where you. I am in Dulwich Hill, Sydney.
