81PWild and c/2009F4 McNaught

Taken over the last few days. McNaught (mag 15.5) is faint but motoring - look at change in position after only half an hour. Wild has a nice stellar centre and coma present. Gstar Ex @ full integration - 100 frames for each McNaught and 157 frames for Wild.

Thanks guys. H0ughy, The new rig is settling in now and I'm looking forward to doing some methodical comet searching. The dome is rotating very smoothly - it was quite rough and cantankerous for a bit. The SBIG camera will be set up on the scope and I'm hoping to get about 50 mins of arc FOV. I feel very privelaged and fortunate to be able to have the set up I could only dream about for the past 43 years. June 10 1967 I received a 1" Tasco slide focus telescope as a birthday present and was hooked! So, from 1 square inch to 380 sq inches grew at a rate of 8.8 sq inches per year!!!
