New addition to life's most embarrasing moments

Last night my Wife, and my two darling, polite children went to listen to some free entertainment on the foreshore of Lake MacQuarie at Warners bay Eslpanade.

It was a beautiful afternoon, slightly warn, gentle NE breeze kicking up on occations, perfect. The kids listened to the music for about an hour until just after sunset, thats when the rot set in.

I bumped into a friend of the family I have not seen for several years and started to talk to him. He then motioned to his wife and she came over and Tania and myself started to exchange stories and catch up on lost history so to speak.

all the time the kids were getting restless because they knew we did not have our full attention on them. then disaster struck.

My son, yes i still admidt to owning him, too late to put him back now, pulled one right out of left field, an attention catching manouver that had to be seen to be believed. he dropped his dacks, stripped off and proceeded to urinate on the back leg of the gentleman I was speaking to. He promptly was taken by surprise and jumped out of the way of the offending stream to the howling laughter from the masses all around. But my son was not content with the first strike, he proceeded to follow him with wee in full stream chasing him. There was not a hole deep enought to swallow my wife or myself . We quickly apologised and gathered up the chairs, drinks and clothing and dragging our son to the cheers and whooping sounds of the crowd and the band. the band even stopped playing the song they had been playing. Cut is short by a few verses and started another song, "one for the road" by willy nelson. Coincidence I think not!!!

The kids 1 parents nil

Lucky I didn't stop by.
My wife and I took the kid to see the 3 o'clock session of Harry Potter and we drove by and seen the band playing and everyone enjoying themselves.
I could imagine if I was the one talking to you, Glad I wasn't there!

Mind you, doubtless to say, my son wore the brunt of the best ever given from my wife and myself. We have taken his thunderbird2 away, and his favourite blanket, yet to make him apologise, we need some courage before we call to make amends

Kids will be kids; makes a good story though houghy. One of my kids at that age drifted from person to person once at a chrismas party, having a sip of each persons drink. Before we realised what was happening he had enough under his belt to be loud and cheeky. On the way home we stopped at the supermarket and while the wife shopped I cared for the merry toddler. A lady wandered past the car puting her face in the window and saying "What a lovely little boy". Young Clint then proceeded to slap her soundly in the face and burst into a fit of giggles. I had to apologise profusely, adding that he had one too many sips at the christmas party. BTW nice shots; pity you didn't get one of the offending moment...

Oh that's a very moment.
You will have to invite them over for dinner one night
Well i guess it worked, he got your attention & drove off the intruder.

what can you do to a 4 year old that they will remember forever, not much! We just tooka few of his prized toys and gave a stern repremand. i have to give the kid 10/10 for initiative though, he wanted some attention, and well, that was one was in achieving it.

He can learn very quickly but, since the crowd was in raptures of laughter he realised that it was the peeing willy that gave the laugh, he was getting ready to give an encore performance on the way out of there when a short sharp smack on the offending hand soon stopped that. I will have to watch him when he gets older, he might be too much of a party animal!

yes mate when it comes to being very naughty he quickly assesses the situation and can normally pick the most damaging path to follow. One night we thought he was asleep so stayed up and watched a movie, he had camped outside the lounge room door with pillow and blanket and was so quiet we did not know he was there until it finished, then he said " that bad man not nice he hurt that man, i was glad Mr policeman took him away in the car!" Startled me and my wife who for one was still awake to see the end of the movie. it was 11.30
