10"f/5 GS Dob $450 and 4.5"f/4 Orion StarBlast $170 (Last reduction then e Bay!!!!)

Hi all,

This kinda sucks for me but I will be moving overseas and will have to part with my most treasured possessions, my 10"f/5 GS dob (approximately 3 years old) and my Orion 4.5"f/4 (approximately 2 years old...bought this on my trip to California and brought it all the way back here). Want to get $520 for the 10"f/5 GS (comes with only the 10x50 straight through finder...no eyepieces included) and $220 for the StarBlast (comes with three Orion Explorer eyepieces, a 17mm, 10mm and 6mm..very bright eyepieces).

The 10" has shown me heaps and I have even written a review for this scope at :
http://www.iceinspace.com.au/41-283-0-0-1-0.html

The StarBlast is the perfect "grab and go" scope and this replaced my Orion 80ST as my most used scope (nice and color free....and shows the stability of a full sized dob!!!). Both are in good condition. Mirrors look a little bit dirty from use and the 10" has a slight dent on the tube, but otherwise both perform flawlessly.

Pick up only for both due to size. I am in the western suburbs in Brisbane. Drop me a PM for more details.

Cheers,
Darren

p/s: LAST PRICE REDUCTION then I am going to either list it on e bay or both my babies travel with me to Los Angeles....$450 for the 10" and $170 for the StarBlast

Darren,
I am a member of the Brisbane Astronomical Society and live in Everton Hill 4053. I am interested in the Dob and wondered if it was possible to see it maybe this weekend or sometime.

Cheers

Ps Tom keep your eyes on this site as scopes come up for sale on a regular basis.

Darren,
I was browsing ads and because you mentioned moving to US,
to get good rate for sending your things to USA, give me buzz on 0431 958 958 or send me email to info@movingyourworld.com.au
I am in that business, so I can help.
Good luck for selling.

Darren ended up taking the dob with him to America when he couldn't sell it quickly enough. The Orion has already been sold.
