I'm not sure if it's focus or camera shift/mirror shift/wobble.

1/180th sec should be fast enough to get rid of the wobble but anyway. It's a promising start!

It would be a combo of focus and wobble. I did have the scope mounted on the TOT. Not the most stable of mounts for a scope of this size.

I'm looking forward to giving the scope a proper work out in a couple of months.

Despite the wobbles, a great start!
You're correct though. An AltAz really isn't a good AP mount.
I'll trump Mike's King and say 1/250-1/500th (no filters).
