Big big balloons

NASA will shortly launch some balloon-based telescopes from Alice Springs. The balloons are the size of football fields!

What a sight that would be! Can you imagine it, just after sunset it's dark at ground level but still shining on the balloon. I want pics!

And they're not cheap either , would be interested to see what sort of images & data they come back with
