Complex Tarantula emissions - full frame added

I was reprocessing some narrow band image data I took at the end of Oct 09 and I thought this result highlighted the wonderful complexity of emissions in this relatively wide area quite well and you might like to see it?

This is the uncropped full frame version (2.3meg)

Very nice Mike, Incredible detail in the entire field.
I am warming to this narrow band stuff. I might even have to give it a try one day.
Can you tell me any good web info on colour settings etc for these various pallets used for NB image compilation.

I do like to look at your work Mike, it shows how much detail is missing out of my NGC 2070 images

Excellent

Oh phew, always hold my breath when I post a repro ...some on here think it is oh so not Kosher

Glad you all liked it ...no comment from Fred or Marcus Davies yet though bah!...repro haters!

Bart, I did try actualy but there are so many fine stars every version I came up with was just not up to even my "just for fun standards", sorry

Hagar, the general rule is...?...there is none, just grab the data, reduce, align, calibrate etc as normal RGB and than away you go

Jen - MAN NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE Avatar

Dave - Hmmm Steven Hawking would be very happy with that event horizon shot

He he

Yay! Spiderman is back. Top shot. Never tired of seeing this one. You're missing this big elusive Ha (red) region though...
