Just had a phonecall from my Grandson saying he just see Santa going over Rockhampton. Grandson was out looking for the moon with his binoculars and caught a glimpse of a meteor but is adamant it was Santa.

Glad to see that someone posted this link...I had intended to do so myself before I went to bed last night. My kids have made this a "must do" tradition for several years. It was particularly fun for them while we lived in Australia as they could track the progress of Santa from our house to Cousins and Grandparents back in the USA...

First thing this morning that they did was to log on to NORAD to see if Santa had ben to Oz yet...and then suggesting that we should open presents now since we are also dual Australian citizens they felt they were entitled...I gave them credit for the creativity but said no...

Do you know the whole story?

Good on the Colonel. He could have said: "Kid, you've got the wrong number!" but he didn't!
