Went for a drive sunday to one of my little hideaway spots I found years ago called 'frenchmans'.
Took a lot of photographs on the way/there/on the way home. The highlight of the day was as we were walking along the beach picking up shells, Along came a pod of dolphins! About 12-14 of them!
Naturally I was armed with the kodak so I took a lot of shots/AVIs! These dolphins were definately in a playful mood, they were body surfing the waves..& doing alsorts of crazy stuff!
As they moved slowly up the beach (about 10M from shore) I walked along with them taking still shots. Took me a time to realize I should have been in movie mode, & just split into BMPs when I got home & cut the best frames out!! The rather low quality shots posted are the cut BMPs. Was also shooting directly into the sun which did not help.
Nice spot, I agree with Andrew first and last pictures do it for me.
Three cameras ago I had a Kodak, a DC4800 pretty cool then, my favourite shot of Wentworth Falls was taken in 2001 with this camera, when we have waterfalls as subject of the month (hint hint) I might enter it.
