Great result. Pretty flat with tight stars. did you take falts and did you take darks?

You know, I could have borrowed my friends light box too. Forgot all about it.
But yes, I took darks. Also took a handful of 30 sec subs with darks for the trap.
I played around a lot with the layering on this one. Using an unstretched copy of the main image to boost the trap image. It really helped to blend the trap in more naturally.

Gosh - fantastic images are becoming routine 'round Kilcoy way!!
Nice colour balance Jeanette, and tantalising glimses of brown dust even becoming visible in there between M43 and the Running Man. Very nice.

JJJ,
Looks great. Is there some easy way you could head me in the right direction for layering as I would like to have a crack at this myself. Focus looks spot on as does tracking.

Congratulations on your return to guided imaging and your success in getting your mount working. What a relief and what an image.

Lovely shot! Extremely sharp and great colors. Looks like all your mount problems are resolved now. Very well done indeed.
