This beautiful nebula deserves so much more attention than what he gets.

He won't get any attention if he keeps running everywhere

All you see are his bling running shoes

Nice shot

I don't know as yet.
I'm still feasting on the smorgasbord up there and don't really feel like going back for seconds on any particular item.
It would be nice though to be able to tease out more detail and do justice to the dust cloud to the right.

Nice going Jeanette but to have a picture where you can pull more detail out off, you need more exposures.
I would do at least 8x15 Minutes on the running man so it becomes a jumping man

Very nice image. Looks like I'm going to setup and do this tonight if the clouds stay still.

Hope you don't mind that I played around with your image. Just tried to remove a bit of the noise and apply sharpen/Gaussian etc... I'm sure someone could of done better than myself.

Hi JJJ,

I have often overlooked this person and always concentrated on M42 however it is a great object. I have a million assignments to mark tonight but god I'm tempted to get out, and let the thing go on this target. Great image and also good to see more of you stuff coming through. You must be having fun with the new set up.

And you have a busy night on Saturday too if I remember correctly.
Enjoy yourself and I really hope you and Adam are thinking up some curly questions for the pondering one. Give him hell boys. .

Nice guiding, star colours are nice and nice detail, quite smooth too for the amount of subs. More subs needed. Nothing like getting a heap of data to see how smooth everything gets. Its worth the effort.
