Quick Lagoon and Triffid between dust storms

Got out the 300mm flourite lens from Bert last night to image Lagoon/Triffid area. We had a dust storm thick enough to obscure the sly that morning, following morning another one, but at night it was clear.
6x5 mins ISO 200. LPS filter. 300mm f2.8 lens. Modded 350D

Larger version here
Tis been a while since I got under the stars, with a bad bout of viral gastroenteritis and bad weather keeping me grounded. The cold that Ive now got didnt stope me last night though

Imaging between dust storms. You're game mate . Nice shot though. Color saturation is a tad much for my taste but awesome details and framing.
