Signs of the END OF DAYS!

Bretheren,
I swear the following is true and no falsehood written.
Last night as I made to retire, I stood out in the comforting rain contemplating how it doth nourish the earth and especially the streams as it washes down the many thousands of dollars worth of fertiliser I spread last week. As the rain eased I went to stand under tha familiar comforting impenetrable bank of cloud which has been with us since time immemorial. Tha beautful darkness that shields us from the terror of the beyond.
But just as I made to bed, a fearful and woderous event happend. Those same clouds were sundered! Split as with a scythe! And beyond...
Well I can almost not describe it. Many will not believe and others will think me mad.
Beyond there lay a terrible inky blackness. But this was not the worst of it. In that terrible pit of night shone hundreds if not thousands of tiny bright fires!!!
I was dumstruck and scared beyond reason. What were these apparitions?
How came they to be there? I fell to my knees and prayed for succour and guidance.
It came upon me then to try my spyglass (lately most useful in monitoring the Kine lest they break the fence and vex my good neighbour),and see if any of these points could be resolved into some meaninful image.
Fellowes, I wish I had not!!
I pointed the glass at the brightest of these objects, which resolved itself into an evil disc follwed by 4 small attendants. It was not uniform in colour but banded an angry red and seemed to glare at me with malevolence. I was terrified yet continued my observations for some minutes.
I was shaken but there was worse to come. Yet at night the Sun arose!!!!!
But it was not the warming freindly sun we occasionally see, but an ichorous and mal-formed orb, covered with marks as if afflicted with the pox!
Terrified though I was, I re-oriented my spyglass and did observe for several more minutes. The foul caricature, this heinous evil eye, was most complex in nature having many bright and dark area and upon its rim many indentations and pock-marks of no small interest, yet too forbidding to investigate much longer.
Fortunately, the clouds soon returned and I was much comforted by their solidity and darkness.
I know not whether others experienced these 'signs' nor would they wish so.
I ask you to join me in prayer that we never see such phantasms again ans that we mend our ways before it is too late.
Peace
PJH

Tis the hour to move from south of the border. Up to where the sun doth shine more often than once in a lifetime.

Peter, I know that you are an old f**t but is that how people really spoke when you were at school? I think the last place I saw 'kine' used was in Lord of the Rings.

And well you should hide villain . That's exactly the kine of disrespect for language that leads to words like "actionize" (I swear one of my minions sent me a "memo" with that word in it!)

Exclamation

I thought the word "kine" was invented by the out of space aliens - you know those nastie gynaecological bovines experiments done in the middle of the pastures.

So according the same logic, the study of kinematics is;
"...the branch of mechanics concerned with the motion of cows without reference to the forces that cause the motion."

Exclamation Other important applications of cows in "kines"...

… or

kinesis - movement, motion of cows
kinescope - a television picture tube showing cows
kinetin - a synthetic compound similar to kinetin, used to stimulate cell division in cows
Kinesiology - the study of the mechanics of cow movements.
Kinetic energy penetrators (KE weapons) - a type of ammunition which, like a bullet, does not contain explosives and uses kinetic energy to penetrate cows. (probably used by aliens on 'dem same cows}

and

Kinetic art - being is art that contains moving parts or is dependant on motion for its effect ; in this case, cows. (See attachment)
