There was a manufacturing issue I was informed about and received one in the post today.

Fitted great to a webcam not mention in the list on the website.

I also had trouble. He took my cash via paypal but hadn't delivered after 2 months. A vibrant email gained an immediate response and a refund.

mogg adaptors

well after my last message i had to come back, and perhaps apologise
for my last message and what it implied.steven did come good and i have my rather old telescope mount back,it is one of the fullerscopes
ime sure members will remember them, this suggests that i am an old
gogder from the uk ,and that is correct,
perhaps the last words on this should be "patience is a virtue"

Hi Brian

I think that given the (seemingly) long delay and the (apparent) lack of communication, it would not be unreasonable to be concerned and I sympathise. That you came back and addressed the issue in such a mature and honest manner is a credit to you.

I hope the overhauled mount performs to specification and to your liking. Was it Dudley Fuller who made these?

Cheers

Dennis
