The Water

They say to me in their awakening, "You and the world you live in are but a grain of sand upon the infinite shore of an infinite sea."
And in my dream I say to them, "I am the infinite sea, and all worlds are but grains of sand upon my shore."

Cleddau River, at the Chasm, near Milford Sound.

Great shot. Had to view the higher res image to fully appreciate it. Interesting how at that speed the water seems to take on a texture like an animal's pelt or fur

Hi H.
Mate you've certainly captured mother nature at her best there.
Great creativity as usual.
Cheers and see you at Lostock.

Nice. Very nice H. Is this a mono, or is it just really that tone?

Rick and Dave,

Thanks, Rick. I love this picture. Will catch up with you at the Pony... I mean, Lostock!

Dave, thanks, and, yep, spot on, it's another one that I've given my monochrome treatment.

Regards,
Humayun

You've done a really nice job of the mono treatment then - crisp black & whites. Nicely done.
