Female Lighter socket with Banana Plug Connections

Hi,
I am thinking of getting a regulated power supply with banana plug output. Can someone please tell me where can i get a Lighter socket with Banana Plug Connections? I saw parts available to make yourself one but with out much skill i would prefer to buy one already made.

Which supply? Mine has a ciggie socket hidden on the back - you won't need the adapter cord.

I doubt you'll find a commercial lead. Want me to make you one? I'll get the following from Jaycar:-

So $12 in parts.

sadia didn't say what size banana plugs are needed.

Are 4mm plugs actually 4mm? I have a couple of sockets with internal diameter 3.56mm but can't find a banana plug to fit.

And I'm not so sure about banana plugs. Usually these supplies have terminals that allow a good spade connector to be used. I'd prefer that to a banana plug if the current load is to be several amps. But I'll build the lead with banana plugs and see how they go. The ones I have bought have sprung sides and look like they would compress down to 4mm dia, but not much more.

4mm is the standard size... the 3.5mm ones are normaly used with radio controlled models, between the brushless motor and the speed control.
If your chasing 3.5mm banana's, try a decent hobby shop.

Eric, I honestly wouldn't use the PP0400 and PP0402's, they are rubbish, I try my hardest not to sell them. The piggyback ones are much better, tho $1.95 each they will last forever. (PP0390, PP0391)
The PP2007 socket is okay, as long as your not intending to draw much more than a few amps.
Considering the aligator clips on the PP2007 aren't needed, get the PP2003 socket(same as used on the 2007) for $3.95 and some WB1706 twinflex speaker wire($0.80/M... OK for a couple of amps) and the piggyback banana plugs and it's all done, and cheaper

Edit: For higher current handling I'd recommend the PP2002 socket.
