[NOT REQUIRED] Cheap DSLR wanted.

I missed two last week, Alex had one snapped up, and by the time i got home from work (via Coles) Octanes had gone to!

looking for a cheap DSLR, anthing considered, and nothing fancy. Not for me, i use my Canon 1000d, although my good lady wants to get into photography, so i thought i would see if anyone here wants rid of thier DSLR, any make considered, doesnt have to be anything uber

Hi Duncan. I've got a Canon 300D modded, with external charger, normal charger and battery, normal 28-55mm lens, strap that I bought from another IISer and have never used because I got hold of a second 1000D at about the same time in a package deal and just haven't got enough hands to use them all. The 300D also has a big CF card in it, can't remember if it's 8 meg or 4. But either way it's big. Also got a spare GPUSB if you need one.

I am really after something thats not modded, as its for terrestrial photography, and not astro, otherwise i would bit yer hand off !!
