Canon EOS-350D (with EF-S 18-55mm lens)

I love this camera, but, it's time it has to go.

I bought this as an upgrade to the 300D when it first appeared on the shelves. It has done quite a few shutter actuations, but, it's still going strong.

Comes with original box, all the cables, and manual. As far as I can recall, I have the Canon software discs, too. They are very out of date so you're better off downloading the latest versions off Canon Australia's web site.

I'll also throw in the EF-S 18-55mm kit lens.

It is a great little camera for terrestrial use, but, my hope is that a potential astrophotographer purchases this camera, who can either perform the UV/IR filter modification themselves, or get someone like Eric (EzyStyles) to do it for them.

To sweeten the deal, I will also throw in my home made serial control cable (2.5mm stereo to female DB9). You will need to purchase your own USB-to-serial adapter (such as the ones Wildcard Innovations sell) to hook it up to your computer and use something like DSLR Focus or Nebulosity for camera control.

I'm looking at $400 plus registered postage anywhere in Australia.

Hey dude, when connected to your computer for camera control. Do you have live view and can you set the exposures?
Thanks

Caleb,

No LiveView but you can use software to attain focus easily. And, yes you can control and set exposure using DSLR Focus or Nebulosity with the supplied cables.
