Since this seems to be the storm season

has anyone been able to get some lightning Photos? I have just got home and didn't have my camera with me, and I saw in the space of two hours, clear sky turn into a thunderstorm with a bit of lightning just starting. It has now moved north from my place and is heading toward Nelson Bay. I must remember to take my camera with me more often!!!!!

Lots of rain with distant thunder but it all cleared out by night. Hard to get daytime lightning photos.

Saw it coming on the radar. The lookout might have had some good pics of Mackay as it came over, but I just don't feel up to storm chasing these days.

We have had plenty of rain, but no thunder yet. Although the forcast for today is showers and thunder later.
