where/how did you meet your significant other?

I er... stumbled accross Cheryl about 4.5 yrs ago in a 9msn chat room... we werent looking for anyone, we were just in there for a good time with a group of other people. it wasnt till the said group met a few times for events like pub trivia nights that i fell for her.... there was the "biting tree" and therest is history now.

how did you meet you significant other / better half?

4 years ago Vodaphone had a special deal for new members where all new people could SMS in their 'SMS club' for free for 3 months. I met my Cheryl in there amongst the thousands. Then we converted to phone calls for a few months then she flew down here so we could meet. The rest is History.

I was in Graduate School and I was taking her Father's class (he is a professor)...I met my wife at a "function" for faculity and students and well it is a long story...

It ends like this...I got a "B" in the class but gained a wife...most days I beleive it was a good trade...

I met my wife when we were 15.

My cousins and I were playing backyard cricket at a party.
She came downstairs and wanted to bat. I was the bowler.

Well she hit me for a SIX as I bowled her out.

Now we almost have our own cricket team.

thats so sweet, my wife hated me at first but we ended up being kindred souls, and completely opposite, keeps everything on the toes so to speak.

SO technology has a lot to answer for doesn't it .

My wife let me store few computers at her house on the proviso that she be able to use one. this was whle my parents house was being rebuilt. She had spent 12 hours typing out a thesis to hand in the next day (she is a teacher now ) and the PC froze on her. She rang me and I turned up and spent the next 5 hours redoing her thesis after recovering what I could. Since then our friendship grew to the point where we liked each other a lot. then life moves on and we eventually got married and had two misfits, ah children!
