Covers for Dobsonians

This is a question that has been asked before (2008), but maybe somebody out there has discovered a local source for equivalent covers to the Telegizmo range of scope covers?

I'm looking for a cover for a 12" dobsonian, but the shipping costs from the USA are almost as high as the cost of the cover!

Why Don't you Approach your local Upholsterer. Take your 12 inch dob to him and get him to measure the dimensions and Make a custom Cover that is weather proof with insulation as well .
