orion 190 mak-newt

Hi all.
Hi im looking at getting a orion 190 mak - newt scope has anybody got one and that do you think of it. I seen good reviews of it in the sky at night, and astronomy now mags.

Hi Ian I have been using the 190 Mak- Newt since January with EQ6 and ED80 on top and have been very happy with the results. The focuser is only OK could be better with the addition of a electric focuser. If you make allowances for this you have a great visual or imaging scope.

Yeah, these instruments interest me also. It'd be nice to find one at a star party or astro meeting sometime for a bit of hands-on experience.
