this is basically for those people that use mozilla firefox and thunderbird

this is a great backup tool that i use for backing up my profiles in firefox and
thunderbird email clients it work a treat as ive got most of my links ect ect back after my old pooter (sorry ving had to use your word ) got spiked.

its very easy to use. you can allso use it to restore your profiles.
