NGC 5139 omega cen

friday night was an unexpected suprise with clear skies

the forcast wasnt the best,but a visiting astronomer from Brisbane

and i enjoyed some great viewing.Here is omega cen,it looked better

through the 4 inch refractor,than the photo,but it its ok,thought some

of you might enjoy this pic.

re omega cen

hi Matty

glad you liked the pic,exposure was 133 seconds with canon 300D

on my vixen ED 103 refractor on vixen GP mount unguided,

this scope gives lovely images,i use a naglar 13mm for viewing many objects like this,
