Nice work Pelu,

I suspect the storm in the STrZ formed back in January and is now the second longest lived storm recorded on Saturn.

Well done
Cheers

Thanks to all!

We feel that is a new storm, but is not sure. We need more observations.

I use a 10mm plossl eyepiece and a long projection tube. But I use to a microscope objetive. I no love imaging with barlows because I find more difficult to achieve the best focus point...

Hi Pelu,

You need to calculate the longitude for the feature in you image to identify if it is the existing storm.

The storm that is in the STrZ that started in January is currently at approx long 3 degrees W. This co-ordinate is Sys III.

Cheers

Hi, Trevor.
I am only an observer. Fortunately I have friends as PVOL coordinators
and I leave with joy that task for them

Cheers
