the oportunity to listen to a leader in the astronomy community
and a comemorative souviner

this poll will remain active for the next 14 days, please contribute even if you were not planing to attend.

Brendan you need to specify how many days that's for - is that cost per night, or for the 3 nights?

We need to be able to have a cost structure that people can attend just for the 1 or 2 nights if they wish (and pay for just 1 or 2 nights), instead of all 3.

I agree with mike, there should be a basic pricing structure to follow, Mike maybe this thread should be stopped and redone in the spirit of what Brendan set out to achieve but with some more accurate costings available. As we have discussed there are some up front costs that will make the poll not true to what we need to achieve here.

I agree with the need for more specificity before forming a final view but generally speaking my price point is around $40...Based on the fact that I am not required by my treasurer to get approvals or show receipts for expenditures up to $40...

Above that and it needs to go for SWMBO approval!
