Jeez Brendan, that Scorpio widefield is a SCORCHER!

Best widefield I have seen for a looooong time, in my opinion!

Well done!

p.s. I like the other two also, the framing on the Crux.Carina is very nice, there is just so much ooomph in that Scorpius shot.

Awesome.

Cheers

Chris

Just looked up Laverton, WA in Google earth - man that's remote! Amazingly, they have street view there.

The dark skies have paid off - especially the Scorpio image, it's a ripper.

Great work.

Thanks for the comments, if anybody has any words to voice about the processing, please pipe up as im still new to this all. Plus its always nice to get some good constructive critisisim about your work.

Hopefully i will have the oppertunity to go back out to laverton to get some nice dark skies again. and get out of town, those shots where taken from the back yard where i was staying in the middle of town, there where sodium and magnesium lights all around me. :S but still not like the back yard of my perth home where you can barely see epsilon crux

ive also got my website i host most of my photos
