Just thought i would mention a pos experince with a vendor couple of weeks ago...emailed bintel to enquire if they were attending ASV VIC messier party - could they bring an observing chair for me to look at.
I got stuck in Melb & got there mid afternoon - Anthony had sold the chair to someone else as he was packing up early..
He gave me a free copy of astronomy 2009 to make up for it & said if i popped into the store to pickp one he could offer me a discount to make up for it..I was very happy for his offer & i had to pick up my wife from the same melb area the next friday i was very happy to take up his offer
BIntel gave very good service imo & I am happy to shop with them
I have to agree Daniel, Bintel is one company that knows how to look after their customers. I have always had nothing but but first class service from them.
