Massive FOV Bert. Quite remarkable. IMO, mosaics have got to be the pinnacle of DSO imaging. As if producing an aesthetic single frame image isn't hard enough at times, dealing with gradients, contrast/brightness and colour saturation between mosaic frames is certainly a challenge. I like what you've put together here, though I feel the transition between one of frames could have been a little more seamless, but I'm not sure of your overlap tolerances so its difficult for me to make further comment. A large overlap can provide a very smooth transition using layer masks, but at the expense of the overall FOV. Keep up the good work - mosaics are one of those tasks that takes time and persistence.

Loving this project Bert - look forward to more soon.
Looking very smooth so far with no discernible joins!
Take in Crux too?
This will be amazing - benchmark stuff.
Doug
