Prominences March 28

Hi all,
Here are a couple of efforts at imaging some prominences from yesterday. Not brilliant, but they give the general idea.

These were taken using a Coronado Helios 1 and DMK21 with 3X barlow. The seeing was pretty poor (it's getting hot here), but the sun has been pretty quiet lately, so I'll take what I can get.

The Sun's Been very quiet lately, Dave. Nice to see you've got something! ...and well imaged and processed too.

Well hi-lighted.

The bubbly surface silhouette looks great.
