Bit of a Cleanup

A few bits and bobs that have been gathering dust, and could likely be useful to someone else.

Two manual slow-motion knobs with flexible shafts. Different knobs (so not a matched pair), and slightly differing lengths as well. Fits about 1/4" shafts, and both have locking set-screws. $10 ***SOLD***

Curved base for Moonlite focuser, fits about a 12" diameter tube. Well used but still very functional. $10. ***Sold***

Flat spacer for Moonlite focuser, 1/2 thick, to space out the focuser from the curved base. $10. ***Sold***

Round plug for Moonlite focusers (I think), possibly specially made for a project that didn't eventuate. Designed to plug the end of a refractor tube, OD is about 100mm, and has a slight step to about 102mm. Internal hole is about 59mm. Plug is 24mm thick. has two sets of 120º spaced holes, and I am all but certain it is for a Moonlite, as I recall getting it from Ron Newman when I had a Moonlite. Contact me for a picture if it helps. $10. ***SOLD***

Canon/Contax adaptor. Fit those wonderful Zeiss lenses from the Contax camera line to your Canon EF mount camera. $20

Canon/M42 adaptor. Fit any M42 accessory (Pentax lenses etc) to your Canon EF mount camera. $20. ***SOLD***

Canon/M42 adaptor. Fit any M42 accessory (Pentax lenses etc) to your Canon FD mount camera. $20.

All plus actual post costs, prefer PayPal. PM me.
Gary

No mate I don't, but given it is T2 on one end, and 2" on the other It would soon get soaked up into the next project anyway.
Sorry,
Gary

While I feel your annoyance at the slow response, perhaps there is a valid reason for it.
If all else fails, Baader make the same thing, deal direct with either Baader in Germany, or Bob Luffel at Alpine Astro in the US. Both are excellent, and I tend to get most that I need from Bob.

Hi Stuart,
yep, can't see why not mate. I just tied a 1/4 inch drill bit in the hole in the end, and it is either real tight or too big. But the next bit down (15/64th") fits OK. Either way, the hole could be bored out to suit if the shaft size you have is 1/4".
Given the PortaMount would look good with them, yours for the cost of postage, and this donated to IIS.
Deal?
