Note travel of comet between first image taken at 2:38 am and last image taken at 3:16 am.

How do you find out the RA and Dec to find it?

Go to the MPC at Harvard and either download the orbital elements for your particular brand of software (TheSky 6 will do this automatically) or generate an ephemeris for the comet.
