Hi Folks
Hope you all had a great Xmas, very sad time for many people though.
I urge you all do dig into you pockets & give whatever you can to one of the many appeals going.
I hope that none of you were personally affected by the tragedy on our doorstep.
It cannot help but touch all of our hearts though, for many in the NT, this has happened in their playgound, SE Asia.
Astronomy wise, here in the WET TROPICS in Cairns (my other home) rain, rain Rain !

So tragic , just cant believe the magnitude and devastation this event has caused , hopefully we can all help in some way. My family are regular visitors to the coast of Thailand so it really hits home.

It is a terrible disaster and I will be certainly be doing whatever little I can
