what do you carry your scopes in?

I bought my gear used, and none of it came with any cases. I have bought a toolbox to put the mount and all the other bits and pieces in, but don't have anything for the 2 scopes (ED80 Pro and ED100), finderscope, and tripod. Not too worried about the tripod/mount legs, but the scopes...

What do you do with your scopes? Buy the manufacturer's case? 3rd party one? Where from? Make your own? What kind?

Second part of the post... do you keep your scopes attached? Like, mine have these ring type connectors so one can piggyback on the other. Do you pull them apart when not in use, or leave them attached full time?

There is a cheap toolbox under $40 from Bunnings or Supercheap, with a couple of small pieces of foam the ED80 fits nicely. I leave my rings and dovetail attached. There's an image of the same case with ED80 here.

I went all out and got custom made cases and foam inserts from a dedicated store. I'd say most of the capitals would have a few business that specialize in doing this. I got the foam cut to accommodate the rings finder-scopes etc.
I brought a case to suit a 4inch refractor from My Astro Shop, think they sell a few different sizes.
For foam I found Clark rubber sells a photographic type, plus the custom places should be able to help.
