Not happy at all

Well in the move to Wollongong i had my $3500 36" LCD T.V in my car. Just went to plug it in to find the screen crack. So there goes $3500. Not happy. But at the end of the day it is only a T.V. It was also a very good computer screen to.

Bugger.

I guess its an excuse to get a new TV. Sometimes I wish mine would get nicked, because I was stupid enough to spend $4000 on a TV just BEFORE HDMI became popular.

My TV is never getting moved after hearing that...

My HD LCD is the only screen I have for my PC, and so its as important to me as oxygen.

Sorry to hear about that Phil... at least you were able to be somewhat positive, saying 'its only a TV..."

Ouch Phil! Sorry you had to experience that. I still have the boxes and packing for my panel tvs.

One bright spot is that you won't have to spend over three k for a similar size replacement. A bit over a k will get you a 94 cm (37") one. LG are now offering three years warranty.

Mark.

That's a point. Do you have accidental damage on your home/contents to be able to claim it ?

Hope so.

Nothing like buying a new toy though..now where is that catalogue
