orion and meteor

Had a lovely time with orion tonight, am registaxing as i type. A little surprise, was a meteor.

Nice one Dave, was it a meteor or a satellite? There's usually tonnes of satellites that pass through the Orion region for some reason.

pretty sure a meteor, as when i looked up, nothing to be seen, I am sure i saw the ISS tonight at around 4:50am, it was so bright, brighter than any satelite i have ever seen! heading south east. Brighter than Betelgeuse, but not quite as bright as Sirius.

Nice one Davo. I saw 5 satellites go thru orion this morning in the space of 30-40 mins...
