Online Large-Size Photo Printing?

Can anyone recommend any good online photo printing shops that can print large sizes?

Do they do custom sizes or the standard 8x10, 12x16 etc?

What image types/formats do they accept? How do you get the image to them? Upload/FTP?

What's the cost? Turnaround time?

I've typically used Rabbit Photo (in person) as part of their gold club, the 8x10 prints (for example) are only $3 or $4. But you have to do it through the kiosk and so getting out of the ordinary sizes is almost impossible and I hate having to paste my non-standard image sizes from a 350D into an 8x10 shape and having to crop some.

The only benefit of that is that it's easy to find 8x10 frames, whereas i'll have to get a custom frame made for a custom size print.

Canvas eh? Not a bad idea for some photos.

I'm primarily looking at paper prints this time though.

I know locally Harvey Norman Stores have photo kiosks where you can get photo's printed in varying sizes. Excuse my ignorance if Gosfords nowhere near a Harvey Norman Store.
