Are there any observing events near Tamworth N.S.W?

I've only ever done astronomy on my own, never as a member
I live in Tamworth N.s.w and find it is like a vacume an empty void when it comes to astronomy.

I think there is a club in Coonabarabran. Which is probably the closest club that I know
of to you. but I could be wrong.

I'm sure there's a club and some events in Coona. For a trip south you can also come to IISAC2008!
