You know what the photos are of

Taken at the lake in Yowie Park, Kilcoy.
Cropped from larger images.
Number 1 "Taking Off"
Number 2 is "Fishing Egret Style"
Number 3 while not the sharpest, makes the Herons wing span seem enormous.
Canon 20d
Sigma 70-300mm lens

Hi Jeanette

Hah, I guessed. Those are all wonderful shots of these birds in action, each one painting quite a different picture of their activities. You must have been sharp on the shutter release to get the 2nd one, with the egret’s head under water.

The 3rd shot looks nice on my monitor and I wouldn’t have raised any issues about sharpness, although the pose does remind me of a B2 Stealth Bomber!

Great work!

Cheers

Dennis

number 1 is incredibly sharp JJJ, well done! I think number 2 is my favorite of the bunch, given both what the Egret is doing, and the difficulty in capturing such a shot..

Top set of shots!
