Willy Wagtail

Well I thought I'd turn my camera towards a new subject since we're getting such nice bird shots posted here.

I shot this at a dam at the back of my place late yesterday arvo, this is really my first attempt at our feathered wildlife (got to start somewhere).
Of course my little subject wouldn't sit still even for a quick snapshot.

Very addictive this birding photography.

Hope you enjoy.

Nice photo RB. The reflections add further interest and drama to the view. When we were camping at Elanda Point some weeks ago, the local Willy Wagtail was almost posing for us – a really curious and friendly bird.

Cheers

Dennis

Nice artistic shot Andrew.

I have been trying to think of ways to bring that to the camera but often hit the delete button once I have taken the image.

Thanks Tony, quite happy with the way it turned out.
Difficult little things to image but like Dennis said, they seem friendly.
