Looks good ... I like your electric focuser adaption for the 127mm ... food for thought when I get my WO FLT-110 Apo ... soon now I hope ! Is it a rubber band affair ?

Yeah dome motorised just need to sink it with the scope.
The rubber band i got out of a printer. Lots of good stuff in a printer if you have a old one around.

Nice setup Phil, Hope you have many hours of enjoyment in the dome. I can really see the benefit of having a dome no need to setup. Switch on and away you go.

No worries Phil ! I know where I can get my hands on some old printers etc. I have a SkyWatcher elec focuser on my newt ( or buy another, they are cheap enough) it's connected to my pc by shoestring focus controller so it would be handy for the Apo to get hands free accurate focusing for imaging whilst seated in front of monitor.

Hi Ian yeah you are right having a dome is much much easer. Not having to setup evey night make a big difference.
