Yes their are a couple but the best would probably be Binocular and Telescope World in Malaga who are dedicated to amatuer astronomy and have comparable pricing with their Eastern State counterparts.
Frankly, since the guy/guys at BTOW have NEVER had the courtesy to return a single email of mine, I would never shop there just because I have a choice not to.

I've dealt with Keith for years and he returns my emails why not ring hime and find out why
