Musée du Louvre

Hi all,

IMG_6415: Under the Grande Pyramide in the Cour Napoléon inside the Musée du Louvre;

Nice pics...you've done a great job with the Mona Lisa.
You usually can't get close for the 12 deep row of admirers!

Just behind Mona

Nice photos.

I was at the Louvre myself in April and found this painting on the wall opposite to Mona to be interesting as it spills out from its canvas.

Doug,

Thanks! That photograph was actually taken from the left-hand side. I managed to squeeze through people's heads. I have corrected the perspective in Photoshop to appear as though I shot it from front-on.

The day that I went was the first Sunday of the month -- free entry. It was absolutely chockers. Loved every moment of it, though.
