First decent clear sky in weeks over Brisbane... I had the (enviable I guess) dilemma of deciding whether to do deep sky stuff with my new DSLR kit, or image jupiter (the seeing looks very steady). Ah but I could resist the call of the deep.

the temps dropped a notch of too...PhD guiding is taking care of some imaging of Antares and m4 region thought the ED80... a few more shots and I'll pack it in.. the in camera noise reduction takes some time.
Anyway, it's great to get out... hope it's cleared for Ron and friends at Cambroon
