Takahashi 2.7" focuser extention Tubes

Hi all, Do any of you know if there is such a thing as an extention tube for a Takahashi 2.7" focuser. I would like to extend the focuser tube out about 3 inches and keep it at maximun width ie. 2.7 inches.

Thanks in anticipation

Doug

Thanks Leon this will be handy in the future but why they have todrop everything down to 2" when they build it with a 2.7 inch focuser I will never know. I woul love to keep as much of the imaging tubes at 2.7 inches if possible.

Hi Doug,

perhaps Steve Mogg could make you one up at 2.7" diameter.

That is a good point Doug, but I suppose they have to have a standard some where, as my Tak has a 4 inch focuser, and most general adapters, and tubes etc are 2"
