Withdrawn : Coronado PST

This PST is in excellent, lightly used condition. It is less than 3 years old and has had it's objective lens replaced/updated at Coronado. Price is $550 including insured post in Australia.

Posting some answers to questions I've had via PM in case they are useful to others:

the scope comes with the originally supplied 20mm kellner, but eyepieces between 10 to 14mm are more useful. Most eyepieces will work well in the PST including cheap plossls; I use a Vixen 8-24mm zoom.

The original PST design had a filter between the cemented elements of the objective lens; this filter degraded over time causing Coronado to redesign the scope, fitting a new objective and adding the filter to the back end of the scope, all done under warranty.

The scope comes with original packaging but no case. It has threads in the base allowing it to be mounted to a camera tripod. An Orion Slow Motion Adapter can be fitted between the tripod and scope to give slow motion control, or a mounting plate suitable for an equatorial mount can be attached to the scope. I assume the PST can be piggybacked on other scopes but I haven't done that myself.

Price reduced to $550 including shipping. I have the original high density shipping foam and the scope has always been treated carefully.

Withdrawn - I've decided not to spend the cash to upgrade at this time. Kinda surprised it didn't get snapped up though.
