Hi, does it come with the original shipping boxes for the tripod and mount?

Is the tripod a Hal 110 or a HAL 130 unit? What is the weight of the counterweight?

Many thanks
Tony

Hello
Thanks for your questions
Im sure its the Hal 130 tripod as the 110 was the green one.
It comes with the standard weights 3.6 I think.
Also I dont have original packing but sure I could find something that would work.
Thanks again

This is an excellent mount for the money, highly recommended. The last 2 that were advertised on ice in space I bought!

Yep if I had not just recently bought a heq5pro I would have been right onto this one.
Notice how with the sphinx the scope mounts much closer to the RA axis than the heq5 or most other mounts. This means less counterweighting is needed, making a lighter and more portable mount.

Petar, if I'm not mistaken, I believe "Looking Up" sold that mount long ago. Fox
